Roy’s is an upscale American restaurant centered on Hawaiian and Japanese fusion cuisine. In 1988, James Beard Award winner Roy Yamaguchi opened the first Roy’s in Honolulu, Hawaii. Now, with over 20 locations around the world, Roy’s offers patrons one of the most unique fine dining experiences.
