Over the past year, Rouge Tomate has been transitioning from its 60th Street location to its new home in the heart of Chelsea. This Michelin star rated restaurant is set in a former horse stable with an intimate design that features whitewashed brick, reclaimed wood and stone. Chef Andrew D’Ambrosi has taken over the kitchen and plans to incorporate new dishes while remaining true to the seasonal and sustainable cuisines that drove the former health conscious menu. It’s safe to say that designing the Audio system for a repurposed horse stable was a first for us, but our design team was up to the challenge. Our technicians will begin the installation next week and our music styling team has already started developing the sonic identity for the space. We look forward to the reopening of Rouge Tomate and hope the new location is as much a hit as the last.
